The overall look of the book is very nice and the photo quality on the pages is great, but the book arrived with bruising on the binding. Even the corner of the inner box was torn, which wouldn't be a big deal if they didn't charge $30 for shipping. . . Several of the page folds land on someone's face, which was not noticeable in the previews during the editing phase. Despite looking nice, I wouldn't say this product is worth the whopping $400 that it will cost you.

Spent over $700 on a book for it to have blemishes throughout. Black dots on multiple pages and also a scrape(? Not sure how to describe it, but the mark was a different texture than the rest of the book and crumbled when you rubbed it) on one of the photos.
Only gave a second star for their customer service - but being nice doesn’t pay for bad quality.
