Q: Can sales and discount codes be applied to my Wedding Collections purchase?
A: Because these collections are already bundled and sold at a discounted rate, further discounts cannot be applied. If there are multiple items in your cart with a sale code, it'll still apply to all eligible products, and an error message will pop up as a reminder that Wedding Collections are excluded.
Q: After I complete my purchase, how do I receive my gift card codes?
A: You’ll receive an email containing all codes for each product in your collection, which you’ll enter during checkout as a gift card. Here’s an example of what that email will look like!
Q: How long do I have to redeem my codes after purchasing?
A: Your Wedding Collection codes will never expire – so design each item your way, on your time.
Q: What if I lose or accidentally delete the email that includes my Wedding Collection redemption codes?
A: Your Wedding Collection codes will be saved with your email address (or the purchaser’s email, if you received your collection as a gift). Reach out to our community team via email@example.com and we’ll send you an email with your codes.
Q: Can I gift the redemption codes to a family member or friend as a wedding gift?
A: Yes, absolutely! Keep in mind, the recipient will need to reference the purchaser’s email address should they need to reach out to us with any questions.
Q: What if I’d like to make an upgrade after I purchase my collection?
A: We want the wedding items you create to be perfectly fitted to your style and needs. If you would like to change the size or add pages to a product in your collection, you can use the same code provided and to receive the original discount amount included. Simply pay the difference at the time of redemption.
Q: What if I no longer want or need an item in my collection?
A: We understand your needs may change throughout your wedding process – if you no longer want or need an item in your collection, you can use that amount of credit towards a different Artifact Uprising item. Simply write into our community team via firstname.lastname@example.org explaining the item you want to exchange, and we’ll provide you with a credit to use on the item of your choice.
Q: What if I’m unhappy with my purchase?
A: We care deeply about your life’s best experiences and the printed home you create for them. In the off-chance you are not wholeheartedly satisfied with your order, please contact us so we can make things right. Learn more about our commitment to quality.
Q: For the Wedding Essentials Collection, do I need to decide my card design preferences at the time of purchase?
A: Card designs are chosen at the time of redemption – so you’ll have plenty of time to find the ideal design for your photos.
Q: Based on the quantity of Save the Dates I select, the number of Thank You Cards included is less. Why is that?
A: We have found that more Save the Dates are usually needed, based on the final guest count for the wedding. If you need to purchase additional Thank You Cards, you can always increase your quantity at the time of redemption and pay the difference at that time.
Q: I noticed certain photo goods come in different sizes, but are the same in price – such as the 8.25x11” Layflat Album and the 10x10” Layflat Album. Am I able to alter the size of my album at no cost?
A: Yes, you are able to change the size of your album for another one of equal value with your original code. If you would like to upgrade to a larger album, you can still use your original code, and pay the difference in price upon redemption.
Q: Is shipping included in the price of the Wedding Collection?
A: Shipping is not included in the final price – your shipping costs will be calculated at the time of redemption based on the shipping method you select.
