Our wedding photographer had suggested Artifact as a great company to order our album from, and it did not disappoint! The format to upload and adjusting the layout was super easy to do. For the price you pay, you truly get an outstanding book, we were actually shocked at how great it was when it arrived!

Just received the album I made for my daughter’s Bridal Shower and the cover/binding looks cheap and awful. Very disappointing and want to have it fixed if possible.

Let me first start out by saying the first copy we received was damaged. I reached out to Customer Service and without hesitation they sent me a new copy. They were extremely responsive and accommodating, and showed they truly care about customer satisfaction.

The album is absolutely gorgeous and incredibly well made. We got married late last year and wanted a way to keep and display our wedding photos that wasn't just on a computer or device. We got a 12x12 album, cover fabric color in oatmeal with the foil color in gold, and lustre paper for the pages. Album was 90 pages!

The cover is a beautiful color and feels expensive to the touch, the pages are thick and shiny, the photo quality is extremely detailed and top notch.

I really enjoyed creating the album itself, the editor portal is so easy to use and offers a variety of layouts, styles, and formats.

We could not be more happy with our purchase and we're looking forward to showing it off to our loved ones and passing the album down to our kids. Love love love everything about it! We will definitely be ordering more in the future.
