The overall look of the book is very nice and the photo quality on the pages is great, but the book arrived with bruising on the binding. Even the corner of the inner box was torn, which wouldn't be a big deal if they didn't charge $30 for shipping. . . Several of the page folds land on someone's face, which was not noticeable in the previews during the editing phase. Despite looking nice, I wouldn't say this product is worth the whopping $400 that it will cost you.

I ordered a grey book with white lettering on the cover. I received a white book with no lettering. Customer service isn’t helping and this is needed for a gift.
