When I saw it on your website, I loved the idea of a small softcover book. Over the course of several weeks I wrestled with the template on your website to put together a small book of photographs I took at a wake and funeral intended as gifts for the family who lost a wife and mother in one short month. The results are more than disappointing. WAAAY too dark. Details lost. The process and templates are tricky and not intuitive to use. The reespons from the Artifact team not really helpful. I am an unhappy customer, won’t use your service again, won’t recommend to other photographer friends.
