I received the book and looked through it 3 times and pages starting falling out. I contacted customer service a week ago and still have yet to hear back regarding a refund. Proceed with caution. They are expensive and the quality is terrible.

I created a photo book from a trip my mom and I went on. It came out just how I wanted. I do wish that that adding text was easier, but I was able to work around it.
