It’s my second time ordering books and I can attest to the quality of the product and the rapid response of the support team. Both time though, there was an issue with the cover. The title didn’t appear on any of the books on the first orders and on only one of the book on the second (strangely). They remedied the issue promptly but I had to rebuild a project to print a (free) new cover, they couldn’t just pull it from the project. Also guys, pre-bend the jacket! Sending it rolled in a cylinder box is not the way to go! I had to press it for it to lay flat, then find the precise folds etc… not great when the book is already late for a present.

The dust jacket is okay. The material is a weird velvety/buttery paper texture. I’m not sure what it is but it gives me a weird sensation when I touch it. Almost like nails on a chalkboard (though the sound is nothing similar). It also shows finger prints and marks easily. It wasn’t big enough for the book, either. The white part of the inner flaps shows more than I would expect. Overall, it’s fine but not great.
