The frame and the picture looked very good except for one issue. The size of the picture is too small as compared to the frame, leaving too large a border . The AI help said that the border will be much smaller, but actual picture has the border much bigger, and therefore picture much smaller. I would have preferred the picture to extend closer to the 4 corners as much as possible.

Nice quality prints and frames. The only hiccup was with installation of the floating acrylic frames. The anchors and screws were not the right size for each other. We followed step by step installation guide with the right size drill bit. The anchor was too big for the screw and was way too loose to finish install. A quick trip to the hardware store for a larger screw did the trick. Customer service was great when I informed them. They even offered to pay for the hardware store purchase, which was definitely unnecessary.
